How to order bread:

As I work with sourdough sponges, different soakers, and all of my breads have a long fermentation and proofing period, expect my breads to take at least 2-3 days of prep time.  If you would like to order a loaf of bread, please fill out the contact form, send me an E-Mail (hello@breadtimes.com) or call 205-826-8159.

 

Sourdough Bread (Sauerteigbrot)

A crisp, crackly crust, soft and slightly tangy on the inside, sourdough bread is one of our all-time favorites for so many reasons. Made with a sourdough sponge, which acts as a natural leavening agent. The long process of fermenting (24 – 48 hours) helps give sourdough a unique texture and beautiful shape.
