Original German Pretzels (laugenbrezeln)
German pretzels are a yeast bread, shaped into a knot, that are traditionally topped with coarse salt. They are dipped in a mild lye solution, to give them their characteristic crust texture. Yet, they have a chewy, soft center. They are the perfect accompaniment to beer, cheese or smoked sausages. You can choose between pretzels, pretzel rolls or pretzel sticks (same price).

These cheese sticks are super delicious and are topped with crushed pumpkin seeds and melted cheese. Styria is the second largest state of Austria and world famous for its pumpkin seed oil.
