AUTHENTIC GERMAN BLACK FOREST CAKE                      (SCHWARZWÄLDER KIRSCHTORTE)

A true original! Black Forest Cake is one of the most popular cakes in Germany. The delicious "Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte" was invented around 1915 and became one of the most famous cakes in the world. This scrumptious dark chocolate cake is layered with dark cherries which get soaked and slowly simmered down in cherry brandy (Kirschwasser). The cake is topped with dark chocolate shavings which add to its very own signature look. Also available in a non-alcoholic version.

Frankfurt Crown Cake (Frankfurter Kranz)

Frankfurter Kranz, aka Frankfurt Crown Cake or German Crown Cake, is a three-layered bundt cake filled with raspberry jam and buttercream. The outside of the cake is thickly coated with even more buttercream and sprinkled with "Krokant", a nut brittle usually made with hazelnuts. Finally, dollops of buttercream topped with red cherries are placed around the top of the cake.

$45 (12 - 16 servings)

Donauwelle (Danube Wave cake)

Kids favorite! Danube Wave Cake "Donauwelle" is a popular German Cherry Chocolate Marble Cake that tastes like the traditional recipe Grandma used to make! It features a delicious sponge cake with cherries, vanilla buttercream, and a chocolate ganache on top that everyone will love (also known as "Snow White Cake").

$48 (12-16 servings)

Death by chocolate cake (Schokoladentorte)

Chocolate cake with chocolate chip mascarpone filling & frosting! Everything about this rich and decadent cake is mouthwatering. Light and fluffy layers of genoise sponge cake, filled with a soft mascapone & chocolate chips filling. My favorite recipe as the cake is incredibly chocolaty but not too sweet!

German Chocolate Cake

The BEST homemade German chocolate cake with layers of coconut pecan filling and chocolate frosting. This cake is incredible! The name German chocolate cake is a little deceiving as it is not actually a German dessert. It's an American classic and named after Samuel German, a baker, who created a sweet baking chocolate. The chocolate was named Baker's German Sweet Chocolate after its creator.
